Cake # 1 Toffee-Mocha Cream Torte
Three layers of mocha chocolate cake, whipped cream and crushed heath bars!
Cake # 2 and #3
The one of the top is for the no-white sugar group - a fruit compote type with pineapple, mandarin oranges, crumbled cake, and bananas. Sweetened with honey and a small sprinkle of raw sugar. It was really good!!
#3 is Italian cream cake.
