A day in the life....
We were invited to sing in New Hampshire yesterday for some kind of Katrina fundraiser. We didn’t know this until we pulled up! Still struggling with coughs, congestion and laryngitis we were unsure of how this would go over. Since this was a community event they asked us not to sing only religious songs, but to include some of our non Christian stuff. So that was kinda unnerving, churches don't normally ask for that! What kind of crowd would this be? We get use to audiences who don’t really get excited etc., so this wasn’t going to be anything new, but it‘s always interesting to anticipate this kind of stuff. To our surprise they responded tremendously! Very supportive and even a few amens!
Here is how our day went in photos….
(My apologies to all those with dial up!)
The beautiful weather in the morning lent itself well to bus work…
Vincent working on something....
Dad did some cool polishing work on the wheels…yours truly in the reflection.
Still working….
Storm clouds gather….
And soak us!
A hair cut for Daniel.

We arrive and the skies have cleared, for the most part.

We got bored waiting to eat.... LOL Some of us started a quiet (ehem) game of cups. Not a good idea!
