I'm so excited about new life.

I'm thrilled the tulips I planted in November are surely poking their rubbery looking foliage through the dirt and mulch. I squealed with delight to see the first few come up. I check them often and count how many have come up. And, I smile as I add to my total. 19, 20....21.....22! Only 3 more to go. It's just thrilling. I know. Call me crazy but it's the small things sometimes. ; )

Life is like that too sometimes. We plant deep and forget (or not) waiting for God to bring out His plan and purpose as we die to self. Let's keep on in our eternal pursuits and leave the rest up to Him as He is the only one who can make our cup full and complete.

Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains.
James 5:7 NIV
