While we were in Pennsylvania we had the pleasure of going ice skating. Fun times! We were not allowed to play gospel music over the sound system since it was a 'homeschool day', no discrimination and the whole bit. But, I guess even if we had been a Christian group they would have had to hold to the same non-discrimination standards. This news story, dated June 21, 2006, states
The New York Division of Human Rights threatened Len and Terry Bernardo, owners of the Skate Time 209 rink in Accord, with an investigation because the rink plays Christian music during certain hours.


Hello?

The good part is they are threatening the news paper who advertised the event
..for “aiding and abetting” unlawful discrimination..
